Noah
Lee

President

Noah is a senior from Wayland, MA studying Operations and Information Management pursuing Isenberg's certificate in Business Analytics. Noah spent his past summer interning at Liberty Mutual as a part of the Analytics Development Program. On campus, Noah is also a teaching assistant for OIM 210, aiding students in learning the basics of Excel. In his free time, Noah enjoys playing golf, tennis, basketball and traveling with friends and family. Noah is looking to pursue roles in strategy/management consulting this upcoming summer.

Chris Pickreign

Director of Operations

Chris is a senior in the Commonwealth Honors College pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Computer Science. Originally from Harvard, Massachusetts, Chris spent six years running his landscaping business Kelly Green Lawn Services. Chris’ interests lie at the intersection of technology, business, and entrepreneurship, and he has spent two summers at Liberty Mutual Insurance working as a Software Engineer on their innovation and experimentation team in Boston. Chris is an avid golfer, playing to a ~0 handicap on the UMass Club Golf team. Outside of class, Chris can be found competing in golf tournaments, playing catch with his two dogs, or spending time with friends.

Elizabeth Elvin

Director of Professional Development

Elizabeth is a senior majoring in Operations and Information Management (OIM) and pre-med, completing her Commonwealth Honors College thesis on risk, probability, and AI, which she will finish in May 2025. She has a passion for exploring the intersection of healthcare and business, demonstrated through internships at Planned Parenthood, Cambridge Health Alliance, and Foundation Medicine. During her junior year, Elizabeth studied abroad at the University of Technology Sydney in Australia, where she also interned at ARIA Research as a Clinical Research and Business Analyst intern. In the summer of 2024, she will work in Boston as a Consulting Intern at Charles River Associates in their Life Sciences practice. Within IUCG, Elizabeth has learned through being an analyst and project manager on two projects, as well as participating in the marketing team, community service initiatives, and case competitions. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, run, spend time outdoors, and explore new places.

Jacqueline Liu

Project Director

Jacqueline is a senior in the honors college pursuing a dual degree in OIM and Economics. She is passionate about continuous learning, solving difficult problems, and growing alongside hardworking and inspirational people. This summer, she interned at EY-Parthenon in NYC where she worked on private equity strategy in the healthcare space. She also has previous experience working in the Mass. House of Representatives where she explored her interest in public policy. Outside of IUCG, Jacqueline is an avid cellist in the UMASS Symphony Orchestra.

Isabella Buckley

Junior Analyst Development Program Director

Isabella is a junior pursuing a BBA in Operations and Information Management as well as a German minor. Pursuing her interest in brand strategy, this past summer Isabella completed a merchandising internship at TJX within their Runway buying department. Outside being IUCG's JADP director, on campus in her free time Isabella enjoys exercising, skiing, travelling, reading and trying new foods. Moving forward, Isabella hopes to pursue a career in strategy consulting with a focus on Retail and Consumer Goods.

Filip Vrancic

Project Manager

Filip is a junior finance major with a physics minor from Lexington, Massachusetts. He previously ran FAQ Tutors, pair local high school upperclassmen with those seeking a tutor in the local school system. During Summer 2023 Filip was a Special Analytics and Operations intern at Maximus, where he worked on a variety of internal strategy projects on topics ranging from project performance to employee benchmarking. Last summer he was a Business Analyst with Feast and Fettle a meal delivery company based out of Providence, RI. His professional interests include strategy and how data can be leveraged to inform decision making. Outside of IUCG Filip can be found skiing, traveling, or spending time with friends at an escape room.

Ellie Zieper

Head of Marketing

Ellie Zieper is a senior Operations and Information Management Major from Hingham, Massachusetts. Following her interests as an aspiring entrepreneur and venture capital investor, Ellie spent the summer of 2023 interning as a Summer Analyst at MizMaa Ventures, a global Venture Capital firm headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. Her internship was a part of the prestigious Birthright Israel Excel Fellowship. On Campus, Ellie serves as the Director of Marketing for the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group. Additionally, Ellie is a student advisor to the Maroon Venture Partners Fund and a proud community member of UMass Hillel. Recently, Ellie was the proud Undergraduate Speaker chosen to make an address at Chancellor Reyes’ Inauguration.

Uma Attreya

Project Manager

Uma is a junior Psychology and BDIC (concentration of Behavioral Economics) major and Commonwealth Honors College student from Caldwell, NJ. She is also an iCons scholar. On campus, Uma works as a tour guide, student advisor to the Maroon Venture Partners Fund, and a Student Ambassador and Recruitment Coordinator for the Student Alumni Association. This summer, she interned at Public Consulting Group in their Organizational Change Management practice, working at the intersection of organizational psychology and corporate technology. For next summer, she will be interning at ZS Associates as a Strategy and Insights Planning Associate Intern. In her free time, Uma loves writing, listening to music, learning about mythology, and keeping up with Formula 1!

Gabriel Diaz

Analyst

Gabriel is a sophomore pursuing a BBA in finance from Saugus, MA. Gabriel has spent his past two summers working in equity research at Eventide Asset Management, focusing primarily on natural gas. His passion for real estate also led him to intern at Citizens Housing and Planning Association last summer, a non profit organization that connects low income citizens with affordable housing opportunities. A sneaker enthusiast, Gabriel previously founded and operated a sneaker reselling business. He plans to further his entrepreneurial spirit within the private equity and start-up field, and ultimately launch his own start-up. In his free time, Gabriel enjoys building apps, watching European soccer, working out, and playing the violin.

Andrea Kohler

Analyst

Andrea is a sophomore OIM and Piano Performance double major from Hamilton, Massachusetts. Over the past few summers, she has worked as a piano teacher and as a Marketing and Operations Intern at Standard Biocarbon. On campus, she serves as a Director of Operations for Isenberg Global Citizens, performs classical pieces at Bezanson Recital Hall, and has successfully completed the Diversity in Fixed Income development program. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, dabbling in various languages, and learning more about espionage and organized crime.

Charlie Fairfax

Analyst

Honors OIM student, minoring in Economics and IT. Whether he's watching a premier league soccer game, sailing in the Bermuda Race, impulsively signing up for a triathlon, or just spending time with family, Charlie is always up to something! He owns South Coast Boating Solutions, a boat detailing, diving, and captaining company based out of Buzzards Bay. Charlie previously interned at Primerli, an E-Learning startup. This summer, you'll find Charlie at Wayfair, working as a Strategy Intern.

Dominic Trabucco

Project Manager

Dominic is a junior Commonwealth Honors student pursuing a Management degree coupled with a Sociology minor, from Saugus, MA. Outside of IUCG, Dominic found himself involved in student leadership, first as the VP of the Sylvan House Council, then as a Senator for the Student Government Association (SGA) and the Treasurer of the Chess Club. Bringing his passion for a clean energy future to life, Dominic interned at National Grid last summer, eyeing a future career in management consulting and community service. A perfect day for him involves a morning smoothie, hitting the gym, and playing chess.

Abigail Jorgensen

Analyst

Abigail is a junior in the Commonwealth Honors College pursuing a degree in Operations and Information Management. Originally from East Lyme, CT, Abi has spent the last few summers interning in the project/risk management and operations space. This upcoming summer, she will be joining Pfizer’s M&A team as a Transformations Strategy Summer Analyst in their NYC office. Abi's interests lie at the intersections of consulting, healthcare, and non-profit work, and she is pursuing roles in strategy/management consulting for next summer. Outside of internships and her involvement on campus, Abi enjoys running, sailing, tennis, and reading.

Arianna Li

Analyst

Arianna is a sophomore from Westborough, MA, pursuing a dual degree in Operations and Information Management and Statistics and Data Science. This summer, she is interned at CRB Monitor, performing industry research to maintain a comprehensive database service for financial institutions. In past summers, she’s interned at Umass Chan Medical School researching diabetes treatment, which first sparked her interest in data analytics. Through these experiences, she hopes to pursue a career in the intersection between business and data analytics. On campus, she is a member of Smart Woman Securities and enjoys playing volleyball, drawing, and drinking matcha.

Carter Times

Analyst

Carter is a junior Finance and Mathematics major from Tyngsborough, MA. Over the past summer he helped run his family farm selling fresh produce to local farmers and consumers. He plans to explore strategy consulting to help improve his family’s business as well as numerous other firms. Outside of IUCG, he works as a Career Peer at Office of Career Success and is a brother of Delta Sigma Pi. In his free time, he likes to rock climb, play the piano, accordion, and guitar, go to the gym, explore a diverse range of music, watch a variety of movies, and play basketball and golf with friends.

Aiko Ma

Analyst

Aiko is a junior Computer Science and Computational Mathematics major from Carlisle, MA. She spent this past summer engaging with theoretical computer science research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Manning College of Informatics and Computer Science. Previously, she has also worked as a visiting research assistant for Basic Health International analyzing large datasets to understand treatment and prevention methods for cervical cancer in LMIC countries. Outside of IUCG, she enjoys baking macarons, raising chickens, asking interesting questions, and visiting family in Oahu.

Faith Chen

Analyst

Faith is a junior honors student pursuing a dual degree in Biology and Economics. Faith spent her past summer at GlobalFoundries as a Global Supply Chain Management Intern to analyse risks and identify cost reduction strategies. Additionally, she has previous experience in marketing, teaching ESL, and as a dental assistant. She plans to explore the intersections between public sector, the pharmaceutical industry, and strategy consulting. Outside of IUCG, Faith works as an undergraduate research assistant in the Arcaro Lab — which involves assessing the risks and predicting the development of breast cancer. In her free time, Faith loves to sing karaoke and play basketball!

Billy Bernier

Analyst

Billy is a junior OIM major from Scituate MA. This past summer Billy worked as a project coordinator intern at Granite Telecommunications, where he further developed his organizational and problem-solving skills. Outside of IUCG, Billy is a Financial Manager for the UMass Aeronautics Club. In addition to that he is a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Business Information Systems course here at Isenberg (Not official yet could potentially need to be changed check back with me later this summer). Outside of work, Billy enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, playing a round of golf, and enjoying a good movie.

Kellan McDermott

Analyst

Kellan is a sophomore from Newburyport Massachusetts pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Economics. This past summer, he worked for a startup conducting market research and evaluating entry points into niche markets. He is interested in strategy consulting, and currently pursuing roles for summer 2025. Outside of IUCG, he enjoys spending time outdoors surfing, skiing, fishing, playing soccer and traveling.

Meredith Greayer

Senior Advisor

Meredith is a senior Mathematics major and Commonwealth Honors Student from Harvard, MA. Last summer, she worked at EzCater as a Project Management Intern in their Data Science and Software Engineering department. Previously, she has been the right-hand of a serial CEO, helping found his newest company: Square One Farms. Additionally, she has worked for a non-profit, Native Plant Trust, guiding their marketing strategy. Meredith has a minor in Art/Architectural History and is excited to blend her math and humanities education in her upcoming senior thesis.

Jason Sarnie

Analyst

Jason is a junior Finance major from Framingham Massachusetts. This past summer, he worked as an intern for AlphaEquity - a consulting startup based out of Natick, MA while also working as a server at Framingham Country Club. At school, Jason is a part of The Finance Society, Real Estate Club, and is also a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. Aside from work, Jason enjoys spending time outside on the golf course, cooking, and traveling.

Amen Evbuomwan

Analyst

Amen is a sophomore Economics student from Nigeria. Outside of IUCG, Amen is an active member of the UMass NSBE. Amen’s interest lies at the intersection of technology and finance, and he is keen on leveraging the knowledge he gains from strategy consulting to drive high impact in the corporate world. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys watching soccer, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Sklyer Zhou

Analyst

Skyler is a second-year Finance and Managerial Econ double major from Wayland, Massachusetts. This past summer, he interned at the Massachusetts House of Representatives under Rep. Carmine Gentile as a legislative intern. Currently, he is pursuing roles in corporate strategy and late-stage startups for this upcoming summer. Around campus, Skyler is a member of the UMass Ski and Board Club and Finance Society and can often be found delivering food from Frank Grab and Go. Outside of academics, he enjoys spending time with friends, working out, and attempting to ski terrain parks.

Ryan Bonia

Junior Analyst

Ryan is a sophomore majoring in Operations and Information Management and Managerial Economics from Georgetown, MA. Over the past two summers, Ryan has worked as a data analytics intern at a civil engineering company, acting as a quasi-IT assistant and analyst. Ryan is interested in pursuing a career in consulting but remains open-minded to other opportunities. On campus, Ryan is a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, a Resident Assistant in Oak Hall, and a frequent gym-goer. He also enjoys health and wellness podcasts, exploring new music genres, and playing basketball.

Charlie Martin

Junior Analyst

Charlie is a sophomore majoring in Operations and Information Management (OIM) from Littleton, MA. Over the past two summers, he gained experience working on the golf staff at a private country club in Stow, MA. Charlie is now seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge in strategy consulting and operations management. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he enjoys staying active through going to the gym, playing soccer, and golfing, as well as skiing and spending quality time with friends, family, and his two dogs.

Madeline Robertson

Junior Analyst

Madeline is a sophomore operations and information management student from Andover, Massachusetts. She is currently pursuing roles in operations and business strategy for this upcoming summer. This past summer Madeline learned more about merchandising at the TJX externship and fostered professional development through the Fidelity boundless mentorship program. On campus Madeline works as a content tutor to ensure conceptual understanding for student athletes on campus. Madeline also acts as the assistant to VP of finance for her sorority, is actively involved in Women in Business, and Isenberg Consulting Academy. In her free time, she enjoys nature, cooking, running, long walks with friends, and spin classes.

Alexis Levine

Junior Analyst

Lexi is a sophomore in the Commonwealth Honors College majoring in Managerial Economics, originally from West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. This past Summer Lexi completed a remote Social Media Marketing internship with a UK-based entertainment company. She also whipped up lots of sandwiches while working at her hometown’s local bagel shop. Lexi is interested in management consulting and pursuing roles for Summer 2025. Outside of IUCG, Lexi is a member of the Investment and Boxing clubs. In her free time Lexi enjoys staying active through workouts, hiking and biking, and exploring new travel destinations.

Marharyta Nechytailo

Junior Analyst

Marharyta is a junior majoring in Business Economics and an exchange student from Dnipro, Ukraine. This past summer, she worked as a Leasing Consultant & Marketing Strategy intern at A.J. Dwoskin and Associates in Fairfax, Virginia. Before that, she led a team in a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) research competition. Driven by a passion for integrating human interaction, problem-solving, and analytics into her career, she decided to try herself in consulting. In her free time, Marharyta enjoys reading, digital photography, ice skating, skiing, and playing Rummikub.

Kathleen Yates

Junior Analyst

Kathleen is a sophomore economics and mathematics major in the Commonwealth Honors College from Andover, Massachusetts. Over the past few summers, she has worked at a local basketball camp, sparking her interest in business operations and entrepreneurship. Professionally, she plans to pursue strategy consulting and is eager to learn about its implications in the healthcare and banking industries. On campus, Kathleen serves as the director of financial development for Delta Sigma Pi and as a board member for the math department’s Academic Honesty Board. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys reading, throwing elaborate dinner parties, and listening to a good true crime podcast.
